📍 Shipping Locations

We ship both domestically and internationally.

United States

  • We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $100 shipped within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and territories).

International

  • We currently ship to select countries worldwide.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

🚫 Delays & Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

    • Check your address and surroundings

    • Contact the shipping carrier

    • Then email us at support@purerain.us for further assistance

✏️ Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:

  • Email contact@purerain.us within 7 days

  • Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable)

  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate

🛑 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
